Angki Purbandono

Photography’s enemy is rigidity, that is, fixed rules about how photography should be done. Experiment is what saved photography.  With a scanner flat bed, I try to seek and save attention in the contemporary photography scene. By provoking a conventional perception about the photographic medium itself, I capture new ways and moments of interaction with my surroundings, without using a camera as my tool.
